What’s covered
Our warranty covers manufacturing defects and issues that affect normal use, including:
- material or stitching defects
- faulty zippers, seals, or closures
- product failures that occur under normal travel conditions
If a product doesn’t perform as intended, we’ll take care of it.
How it works
If you experience an issue:
- Contact our support team with your order number
- Explain the problem (photos help us help you faster)
- We’ll review the case and provide a replacement or solution
